Khaled bin Mohamed chairs ADNOC Executive Committee meeting

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan chaired a meeting of the Executive Committee of the ADNOC Board of Directors to review the company’s operational and financial performance and its role in ensuring reliable energy supplies amid recent developments affecting maritime navigation in the region.

LNG marketing and trading platform

ADNOC’s global liquefied natural gas (LNG) marketing and trading platform, launched in July, was presented as a sector milestone. The platform is targeting 47 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of marketable LNG by 2030+, aiming to broaden customer supply options, enhance access to ADNOC’s gas portfolio and support Abu Dhabi’s role as a hub for marketing and trading energy products.

Operational readiness and directives

Prior to the meeting, Sheikh Khaled visited ADNOC’s Emergency Control Centre and met frontline employees and business continuity teams, noting their role in maintaining safe and efficient operations. He affirmed that ADNOC’s operational flexibility and value-chain integration strengthen its ability to serve customers and directed the company to intensify efforts to reinforce its position as a reliable energy provider across production, trading, logistics and market insights.
