New distribution agreements

INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe signed distribution agreements with Omya Performance Polymer Distribution and Snetor, complementing its ongoing partnership with Biesterfeld to broaden access to locally produced polyolefins.

Investment and production

INEOS is investing EUR 4 billion in a low‑carbon steam cracker and EUR 500 million to convert the Lavera site to lower‑carbon operations; the business has capacity to manufacture over 8.5 million tons of chemicals and polymers across eight European sites.

Supply security and customer service

The agreements aim to improve regional supply stability amid global supply‑chain pressure, expand the product portfolio and enhance service for converters, particularly small and medium‑sized processors that rely on consistent domestic supply.

Distributor roles

Omya and Snetor will provide distribution, technical support and market coverage across key European markets, extending INEOS’ downstream network and access to high‑quality polymer grades produced in Europe.
