Formed through the integration of Omya's engineered polymers business with the acquisition of Distrupol in February 2025, it operates across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and other regions, supported by regional warehouses, over 50 local laboratories, and innovation hubs in Switzerland, the United States, and Singapore.
