Iberdrola has been recognized as the world's most sustainable electricity company for the seventh consecutive year by the Clean200 ranking. This list, created by Corporate Knights and As You Sow, evaluates over 8,000 corporations globally based on their revenues from sustainable activities.

Improved Position

Since the last edition, Iberdrola has improved its standing by climbing five positions to rank 17 among the 200 largest listed companies. This achievement highlights the company's commitment to sustainability, energy security, and competitiveness.

Recognition and Indices

In addition to the Clean200 recognition, Iberdrola is featured in the Sustainability Yearbook 2026 by S&P and has been part of the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices for 25 consecutive years. It is the only European utility to maintain this status since the index's inception.
