Vikki Pink will step away after nearly seven years with Worley and will support the business through a handover period.
Incoming Chief People Officer
Kristen Bruner will join Worley on 1 May and will formally commence as Chief People Officer on 1 July 2026.
Experience and remit
Bruner previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Huron Consulting Group and W.L. Gore & Associates and spent 18 years at Boeing, where she partnered with CEOs and boards, led large-scale transformation, strengthened leadership pipelines and supported the development of high-performance, values-driven cultures in global engineering and services environments.
