Leadership Transition

New Governance Structure

The Board of Directors has decided to separate the roles of Chairman and CEO. Markus Holzke will be appointed as CEO, and Patrick Jeantet will become the Non-Executive Chairman, effective after the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Markus Holzke's Background

Markus Holzke joined SPIE in 2013 and has been the Managing Director of SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria since 2014. Under his leadership, the German business grew significantly, increasing revenue from €650 million to €3.6 billion.

Patrick Jeantet's Role

Patrick Jeantet, who has been Lead Director since 2022, will ensure continuity and a smooth governance transition as Non-Executive Chairman. He joined SPIE's Board in 2021 and has a strong understanding of the company's operations.
