Eni signed a €9 billion 5-year revolving credit facility with an option to extend for two years, refinancing prior €6 billion (2022) and €3 billion (2023) facilities.

The line is provided by 28 global financial institutions, with UniCredit and Santander CIB as global coordinators and bookrunners; other participating lead/bookrunners and arrangers include Bank of America, BBVA, BPER, Credit Agricole CIB, Citibank, HSBC, Intesa Sanpaolo, Banco BPM, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, ING, JP Morgan, Lloyds, Mediobanca, Mizuho, Natixis, SMBC, Société Générale, Standard Chartered, Bayern LB, Goldman Sachs, MUFG, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley.
