ElevenEs Secures Series B Funding with Caterpillar Venture Capital

Investment and Construction

ElevenEs has completed the first closing of its Series B investment round, with backing from Caterpillar Venture Capital, Inc. and an affiliate of BST (HK) Ltd. The funds will be used to initiate the construction of a 1GWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery Cell Mega Factory in Serbia, starting in February 2026.

Production and Employment

The factory will span nearly 25,000 square meters and is expected to deliver its first battery cells in 2027. This project will create over 350 jobs, significantly expanding ElevenEs' current team of more than 110 international experts.

Technological Focus

ElevenEs is scaling its proprietary LFP Edge battery technology to meet the performance demands of industrial vehicles and equipment across various sectors, including mining, construction, rail, and marine, as well as battery electric vehicles, buses, trucks, and battery energy storage systems.
