Contract scope
Worley will deliver EPC services across CNOOC’s UK Continental Shelf assets for five years, covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, completions and decommissioning. Work ranges from like‑for‑like replacements to complex brownfield modifications and larger project scopes on fields including Scott, Buzzard and Golden Eagle.
Delivery record and safety
Under the previous framework Worley executed more than 1,100 scopes of work over 12 years, supporting asset integrity and operational performance. The partnership has recorded more than five million work hours without a Lost Time Incident during that period.
