Event

CHINAPLAS 2026 took place April 21–24 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Hongqiao, Shanghai, focusing on innovative materials, intelligent manufacturing and circular-economy solutions.

J Series Pipe Shredder

Designed for large-diameter waste HDPE and PVC pipes and large plastic profiles, the J Series handles pipes up to 2000 mm diameter and 120 mm wall thickness without pre-cutting; the standard hopper accepts lengths up to 6 m and its rotor cutter and feeding system deliver high throughput while simplifying workflow and reducing energy use.

X Series Twin-Shaft Shredder

The X Series is a slow-speed, high-torque twin-shaft shearing machine with high-strength cutters, an advanced sealing system and a modular split-chamber design; it processes mixed, bundled or high-strength materials containing metal, rubber and rigid plastics for applications such as appliance dismantling, automotive shredder residue processing and industrial solid-waste treatment.

Systems and Service

GENOX showcased standalone equipment and integrated solutions covering waste plastics, household appliances, end-of-life vehicles, spent lithium-ion batteries, municipal solid-waste sorting and industrial solid waste, and provides project consultation through complete-line equipment manufacturing with a global sales and service network in over 100 countries.

Market Context

Amid volatile raw-material prices and supply-chain instability, solid-waste recycling is highlighted as a route to reduce costs and improve operational stability in the rubber and plastics sector.
