Experience
Jany brings over 30 years of international finance leadership, including 20 years as CFO in publicly listed companies, and holds an MBA from ESCP Business School.
Recent roles
He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of A.P. Moller–Maersk, joining its Executive Board in 2020 and contributing to financial discipline, portfolio management and value creation during a period of strategic transformation.
Earlier career
Prior to Maersk he spent 25 years at Clariant AG in senior finance, general management and corporate development roles across Europe, Asia and the Americas, culminating as Group CFO, and earlier held finance leadership roles at Sandoz AG.
Transition
Daniel Turnheim will continue as interim CFO until Jany assumes the role.
