Borealis received the Stellantis Supplier of the Year Award in the Corporate Social Responsibility category and was recognized as one of the top three suppliers in South America across all categories. It was the only advanced plastics solutions company included in this year's shortlists, highlighting its leadership in sustainable and high-performance mobility solutions.

A notable example is Borcycle GD3600SY, a 65% post-consumer recycled PP glass-fiber reinforced compound, developed with Plastivaloire and Stellantis for the Peugeot 3008.

Borealis's operations are underpinned by strong professional standards, including ISO-compliant quality management and an EcoVadis Gold rating. The company is also involved in Project STOP, a program co-founded with Systemiq to establish effective circular waste management systems in Southeast Asia.

Future Investments

Borealis is expanding its polypropylene compounding facilities in Schwechat, Austria, with an investment of over EUR 100 million. Additionally, a new semi-commercial recyclate-based polyolefins compounding line is being established in Beringen, Belgium. These investments aim to strengthen Borealis's role as the primary integrated PP compounder in Europe and enhance its ability to serve the mobility sector.
