Agreement Details
Aurubis AG has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Troilus Gold Corp. for the offtake of copper concentrate from the Troilus Project in Quebec, Canada. The agreement was formalized in Berlin during an official visit by Canadian and German officials.
Production and Delivery
The Troilus Project is expected to produce approximately 75,000 metric tonnes of copper-gold concentrate annually. Deliveries are planned to commence following the completion of the Troilus Mine construction and financing package.
Financing and Support
The financing package is anticipated to include support from the German government’s untied loan guarantee (UFK) program, structured by KfW IPEX-Bank in collaboration with Euler Hermes.
