Arkema will attend Chinaplas 2026 (April 21–24) in Shanghai to present specialty materials for lifestyle, mobility, advanced manufacturing, industry and polymer additives.
Materials and applications
Exhibited products include Rilsan PA11, Pebax thermoplastic elastomers and Rilsan Clear transparent polyamides for consumer goods, sports, eyewear, medical devices and low‑carbon mobility; Rilsan PA11 is 100% castor‑bean derived, fully recyclable and offers ~80% lower carbon footprint versus petroleum‑based alternatives, while Rilsan Clear is BPA‑free, highly transparent, impact‑resistant and chemically resistant.
Advanced manufacturing and additives
Kynar PVDF is highlighted for ultrapure water piping and semiconductor equipment after more than 30 years of use; Zenimid polyimide products from PI Advanced Materials are shown as films, pastes, powders and preformed parts for high‑temperature, electrical and chemical resistance needs; additive offerings include the Luperox family of organic peroxides and Tippox 2028, which targets improved thermal stability in PMMA processing to raise processing temperatures, reduce defects and lower VOC emissions.
