Project Overview
Aragon has been selected as the engineering partner for Greenstat’s new Hydrogen Production Facility in Agder, Kristiansand. This facility aims to advance hydrogen infrastructure in the region.
Project Phases
The project will be executed in two phases, starting with a 20 MW electrolyser designed to produce 8 tons of compressed hydrogen per day. The facility is strategically positioned near the Fiskaa industrial site’s internal quay and the Port of Kristiansand, making it a key hub for maritime hydrogen supply.
Strategic Importance
The facility is expected to support the growing demand for green hydrogen as a carbon-free fuel for maritime applications along the Norwegian coast and throughout the North Sea.
