Project awards and timeline

ADNOC plans AED200 billion ($55 billion) in project awards for 2026–2028 to implement its Board‑approved five‑year CAPEX plan; awards cover upstream and downstream work and aim to expand UAE manufacturing capacity and industrial resilience while deepening the impact of its In‑Country Value (ICV) program.

Local manufacturing and standards

Seventy UAE manufacturers met ADNOC’s 'Local+' technical and qualification standards and were connected with EPC contractors to supply ADNOC projects, prioritizing Made in the Emirates products across project delivery.

Industry engagement and events

The Make it With ADNOC Forum convened over 400 attendees including government bodies, private sector firms and EPC contractors to provide visibility into ADNOC’s multi‑billion project pipeline, promote early partner engagement and outline a faster, more disciplined delivery model with stronger governance; ADNOC will launch ADNOC Value Connect on 5–6 May to link more than 1,000 companies, especially SMEs, directly with key suppliers and EPC contractors during Make it in the Emirates 2026 (4–7 May at ADNEC).
