Canada — 63 MW wind project sold

ABO Energy sold project rights for a 63‑megawatt wind farm in New Brunswick (Papoqji’jg), developed with Pabineau First Nation; a PPA was secured in 2025. Investor Eolectric will oversee construction and sell the green electricity to provincially owned NB Power, with commissioning planned for end‑2028.

Spain — Owner’s Engineering for Belorado I (64.86 MWp)

ABO Energy signed an Owner’s Engineering contract with Spanish Power and Victory Hill Capital Partners for the 64.86 MWp Belorado I photovoltaic plant in Burgos, Castile and León, providing engineering and construction support plus services for shared infrastructure, grid connection and a substation.

Colombia — Final payment received for 200 MW solar project

The company received the final major payment for a 200‑megawatt photovoltaic project sold in 2025 to a large infrastructure investment fund, completing the transaction.
