Zijin Mining Group Co., Limited (Zijin Mining) is a Chinese multinational mining company focused on the exploration, development, mining, processing, smelting, and refining of non-ferrous and precious metals. It is among China’s largest producers of gold and copper and also operates in zinc, silver, and increasingly in lithium and other new‑energy metals. The company is headquartered in Longyan, Fujian, and is dual-listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601899) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2899).
Zijin manages a diversified portfolio of mines and processing assets in China and internationally across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Notable holdings include Serbia Zijin Copper and the Timok copper–gold project in Serbia, a joint-venture interest in the Kamoa–Kakula copper complex in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Julong copper project in Tibet, the Buriticá gold mine in Colombia, and the 3Q lithium brine project in Argentina. Its integrated operations supply concentrates and refined metals used across infrastructure, manufacturing, electronics, and battery materials value chains.
