Waha Oil Company (شركة الواحة للنفط, WOC) is a Libyan upstream oil and gas operator wholly owned by the National Oil Corporation (NOC). Based in Libya’s Sirte Basin, it operates the Waha Concessions, a portfolio of onshore fields that includes Waha, Samah, Dahra, and Gialo.
WOC’s activities span exploration, field development, and production of crude oil and associated gas. The company manages gathering and processing facilities and operates pipelines that deliver crude to coastal export terminals, notably Es Sider. WOC works within concession partnerships that include NOC and international oil companies, and it supplies hydrocarbons for both export and domestic use.
