VSB Holding GmbH is the parent company of the VSB Group, a German renewable energy developer and operator headquartered in Dresden. Established in 1996, the company focuses on onshore wind and photovoltaic projects, coordinating activities from site development and permitting through engineering, procurement, and construction to long‑term operation.
Through its European network of subsidiaries, VSB provides services including project development, grid connection planning, operations and maintenance, and asset management for investors, utilities, municipalities, and corporate offtakers. Its portfolio centers on utility‑scale wind and solar installations, with additional capabilities in repowering existing sites.
