VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH (VNG H&V) is the trading and sales company of the VNG Group, a German energy group. It procures natural gas and related energy products and markets them to municipal utilities, industrial and commercial customers, and energy traders in Germany and selected European markets.
The company provides portfolio management, balancing group and scheduling services, flexibility and risk management solutions, and structured supply contracts. In support of the energy transition, VNG H&V is developing offerings for green gases such as biomethane and hydrogen, helping integrate low‑carbon gases into existing supply chains.
The Bad Lauchstädt Energy Park nears completion with its 30 MW electrolyzer, set to produce 4,000 tons of green hydrogen annually, supporting Germany's energy transition.
