VicGrid is a Victorian Government entity responsible for planning and coordinating major electricity transmission infrastructure in Victoria, Australia. It focuses on integrating new renewable generation and strengthening the state’s connection to the National Electricity Market by identifying transmission corridors, coordinating investment pathways, and aligning long‑term grid needs with government energy targets.
