Toyo Engineering Korea Limited, operating as Toyo-Korea, is a South Korea-based engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor specializing in industrial plant projects. Wholly owned by Japan's Toyo Engineering Corporation since 2008, it draws on the parent company's advanced process technologies and global supply networks to deliver integrated solutions.
The company provides full-lifecycle services including feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning for sectors such as oil refining, petrochemicals, chemicals, upstream oil and gas, power generation, and environmental facilities. It has recently expanded into high-purity chemical plants for the semiconductor industry, securing contracts for tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) production facilities in Pyeongtaek and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride plants in Ulsan.
Established in December 1987 in Seoul as Techno Management Corporation through joint investment by Toyo Engineering and Mitsui & Co., it rebranded to its current name in 2000. With around 300-350 employees and headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Toyo-Korea executes projects primarily in Korea while supporting international work across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
