Toray Industries (India) Private Limited is an Indian subsidiary of Toray Industries, Inc., the Japan-headquartered materials manufacturer. Based in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, the company produces and compounds engineering plastics such as nylon and polybutylene terephthalate for automotive, electrical, and appliance applications. It is constructing a new 3,000-metric-ton annual capacity TORELINA polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin production line at the site, with operations planned to start in early 2027 and customer samples available from April 2027.
