Tidewater Renewables is advancing a proposed sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) facility at the Prince George site with a planned capacity of 6,500 barrels per day of SAF and renewable diesel, targeting commercial operations in 2028 pending final investment decision. Through its production activities, the company generates and monetizes environmental credits under the British Columbia Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations (CFR).
As one of Canada's limited dedicated renewable diesel producers, Tidewater Renewables supports decarbonization in the transportation sector across North America by supplying renewable fuels and credits while leveraging co-location benefits with its parent's refinery infrastructure for operational efficiencies.
