thyssenkrupp Calvion GmbH is a German engineering company specializing in sustainable process technologies for energy-intensive industries. Headquartered in Ennigerloh, Germany, the company focuses on Oxyfuel combustion and other CO₂-reduction solutions, particularly for the cement and lime sectors. It was established on 1 May 2026 as a carve-out from thyssenkrupp Polysius, separating its sustainable process technologies into a dedicated entity.
Calvion offers end-to-end support across the project lifecycle, helping customers translate emission-reduction concepts into fully implementable industrial solutions. Its parent company, thyssenkrupp Polysius, continues to provide single-machine solutions, modernizations, spare parts, and field services.
With approximately 40 employees, Calvion is a wholly owned subsidiary of thyssenkrupp AG and is led by CEO Lukas Schoeneck.
