Tecnimont USA Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tecnimont S.p.A., the primary engineering and construction arm of the MAIRE Group, an Italian technology and engineering company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. Established as the group's local entity in the United States, it is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and focuses on delivering engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, front-end engineering design (FEED), and support for regulatory permitting processes.

The company specializes in large-scale industrial projects within the chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil and gas, and energy transition sectors. It has supported initiatives such as green fertilizer complexes in North America and recently expanded into the liquefied natural gas (LNG) market through a FEED contract and FERC permitting support for Argent LNG's export facility in Louisiana.
