TCI Sanmar Chemicals S.A.E. is an Egyptian chemical manufacturer based in the Industrial Area C9, El Raswa, South Port Said. A subsidiary of India's Sanmar Group, it operates one of the largest chlor-alkali and PVC facilities in the MENA region.

The company produces caustic soda at 275,000 tonnes per annum (TPA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) at 400,000 TPA, calcium chloride granules at approximately 135,000 TPA, and other chlorinated chemicals. Established in 2007 through the acquisition of Trust Chemical Industries, it has invested over $1.5 billion in its world-class integrated complex, leveraging its strategic location near the Suez Canal for efficient logistics.

TCI Sanmar serves domestic and international markets in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals, with recent long-term supply agreements for ethylene dichloride (EDC) and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) to support PVC production at its Port Said plant and affiliated facilities in India.
