Shenghong Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (盛虹石化集团有限公司), also known as Shenghong Petrochemical, is a major Chinese petrochemical company headquartered in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. Established as part of the Shenghong Holding Group founded in 1992, it operates a large-scale integrated refining and petrochemical complex in the Xuwei New District.
The complex features a 16 million tons per year refining capacity, producing China VI-quality fuels, aromatics such as 2.8 million tons/year paraxylene, and 1.1 million tons/year ethylene and derivatives. Key products include purified terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol, and specialty materials like photovoltaic-grade EVA resin, PETG, and POE.
