Rosneft is a Russian state-controlled integrated oil and gas company headquartered in Moscow. It is the country’s largest crude oil producer, with operations spanning exploration and production, refining, petrochemicals, marketing, and logistics.
The company operates multiple refineries and petrochemical units across Russia and holds stakes in international upstream and downstream projects. Its output includes crude oil, natural gas, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, bitumen, lubricants, and petrochemical feedstocks and products used by chemical manufacturers. Rosneft also participates in crude and product trading and supplies industrial customers as well as retail fuel markets.
