Recuro AS is a Norwegian environmental technology company headquartered in Ålesund. It specializes in advanced recycling of plastic waste using pyrolysis to convert end-of-life plastics into high-quality oil, gas and other feedstocks.
In July 2026, Recuro signed a memorandum of understanding with INEOS to develop the “Full Circle” advanced recycling facility at INEOS’ Bamble polymer site in Norway. The plant is designed to process up to 33,000 metric tonnes of plastic waste annually, powered by renewable Norwegian energy, with outputs integrated into INEOS’ Rafnes cracker for production of recycled ethylene and polyethylene suitable for high-performance applications.
