Joint Stock Company "National Company "QazaqGaz"" (QazaqGaz) is the national vertically integrated gas company of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It operates across the entire gas value chain, encompassing geological exploration and production of natural gas and gas condensate, trunk transportation through main pipelines, processing, distribution via extensive networks, and wholesale and retail sales of gas and related products both domestically and internationally.

The company manages Kazakhstan's largest centralized gas infrastructure, including approximately 20,000 km of trunk gas pipelines with an annual capacity of up to 268 billion cubic meters and around 56,000 km of gas distribution networks. It facilitates international transit, exports natural gas to markets such as China, and operates underground gas storage facilities. QazaqGaz develops, finances, constructs, and operates pipelines, storage sites, and gas processing plants as part of national energy initiatives.

Headquartered in Astana, the company and its subsidiaries operate across numerous regions of Kazakhstan. It is a portfolio company of the state sovereign wealth fund JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" and functions as the primary entity advancing the government's interests in the gas sector. As the designated national operator, QazaqGaz holds a dominant position in Kazakhstan's gas industry, supporting domestic gasification, energy security, resource maximization, and major infrastructure projects including new processing facilities.
