Petrobras Netherlands B.V.

PNBV holds interests in multiple Dutch B.V. entities dedicated to the construction, lease, and operation of platforms and equipment primarily for Brazilian pre-salt E&P consortia. It also serves as a vehicle for international activities, including acting as operator with a 90% participating interest in production sharing contracts for eight offshore exploration blocks in Côte d'Ivoire signed in 2026. These blocks are located in the country's western sedimentary basin on the Atlantic equatorial margin.

As part of the Petrobras group—one of the world's leading oil and gas companies with extensive deepwater expertise—PNBV contributes to the parent's strategy of replenishing reserves through frontier exploration both domestically and internationally. Its activities encompass oil and gas exploration, production support, trading facilitation, and logistics in the energy sector, operating primarily from its European base while aligning with group-wide governance and compliance standards.
