Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain S.L.U. is a Spanish subsidiary of Eni Plenitude S.p.A., which is controlled by Eni S.p.A. The company focuses on the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects, mainly solar photovoltaic and wind installations, across multiple Spanish regions. It reports around 1.8 GW of installed renewable capacity in Spain. In 2026, it achieved full operation of the 330 MW Renopool photovoltaic complex in Extremadura, comprising a 130 MW northern block and 200 MW southern block with approximately 565,000 bifacial modules and estimated annual generation of 670 GWh.
