Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (Daigas Group) is a Japan-based energy company that supplies city gas and electricity, imports liquefied natural gas (LNG), and operates gas distribution networks centered on the Kansai region. Its activities cover the gas value chain, including upstream equity in LNG projects, LNG procurement and shipping, regasification at the Senboku terminals, pipeline transmission and distribution, retail energy, and on-site energy services for industrial users.
For the chemical sector, Osaka Gas provides natural gas and LNG as fuel and feedstock for process heat, cogeneration, and steam, alongside engineering and energy management solutions for plants. Through group companies, it also manufactures specialty and fine chemicals, carbon and activated carbon materials, and resins.
