The Central Anatolia Development Agency (ORAN) is a government-backed regional development body in Türkiye responsible for the TR72 region, covering the provinces of Kayseri, Sivas, and Yozgat. Its mandate is to reduce regional disparities and promote sustainable economic growth through planning, coordination, and support programs aligned with national development policies.
ORAN provides grants, technical assistance, and investment facilitation to strengthen regional industry and innovation. It supports feasibility studies, cluster development, technology adoption, and workforce upskilling in priority sectors, including manufacturing, chemicals and materials, energy, and machinery. Working with local authorities, universities, and private enterprises, the agency helps advance industrial modernization, export capacity, and supply-chain capabilities in Central Anatolia. For the chemical and related process industries, ORAN’s programs focus on improving production infrastructure, encouraging R&D and technology transfer, and enabling higher value-added manufacturing across the region.
