National Power Supply Public Company Limited (NPS), also referred to as Double A Power, is a publicly listed Thai energy company and member of the Double A Group. Headquartered in Srimahaphote district, Prachinburi province, it operates approximately 10 power plants with a combined capacity of around 726 megawatts.
NPS generates electricity and steam using biomass, black liquor from pulp production, and mixed fuels, primarily supplying Double A’s pulp and paper facilities along with sales to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and industrial customers. It focuses on renewable and alternative energy sources derived from agricultural and industrial waste.
In 2026, NPS selected ANDRITZ to supply a recovery boiler and evaporation plant for a new bioenergy installation at Double A’s Tha-Toom mill, with startup planned for 2028.
