Nordion Energi AB is a Swedish energy infrastructure company headquartered in Malmö, focused on facilitating the transition to 100% green energy. As the transmission system operator (TSO) for Sweden's gas market, it owns and operates the national gas transmission grid through subsidiaries Swedegas and Weum Gas, alongside gas distribution networks.

The company comprises Swedegas, Weum, Falbygdens Energi, Dala Energi (electricity and fiber networks), and Nordion Energi H2. It develops infrastructure for climate-neutral gases, including biogas, hydrogen, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), integrating electricity, gas, and heat systems to support industrial decarbonization and energy security.

Nordion Energi plans a national hydrogen pipeline network to enable cost-effective transport for industry and transport sectors, participating in the European Hydrogen Backbone and Nordic Hydrogen Route projects with Gasgrid Finland. Founded in 2020 with roots in 2014 entities, it employs around 200 people and serves industrial, commercial, and residential customers under Swedish Energy Agency regulation.
