Naftal SPA is an Algerian state-owned company specializing in the marketing and distribution of petroleum products for domestic consumption. Headquartered in Cheraga near Algiers, it operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sonatrach and manages an extensive network of service stations across the country. Founded in 1981, Naftal handles fuels, liquefied petroleum gas, lubricants, bitumen and related products, along with associated storage, transportation and formulation activities.
