Myriant is a U.S.-based renewable chemicals company that develops and produces bio-based organic acids and related intermediates via industrial fermentation. The company is best known for commercializing bio-succinic acid, a drop-in alternative to petroleum-derived succinic acid used across polymers, resins, plasticizers, coatings, and solvents.
