Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN), commonly known as MinRes, is an Australia-based diversified resources company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. Founded in 1993, it specializes in mining services, iron ore, lithium, energy, and engineering & construction across the state.

The company operates major iron ore hubs in the Pilbara and Yilgarn regions, including the flagship Onslow Iron project. In lithium, MinRes holds significant interests in world-class hard rock mines such as Wodgina (Pilbara, 50% JV with Albemarle) and Mt Marion (Goldfields, 50% JV with Ganfeng Lithium), producing spodumene concentrate for the global battery supply chain. It recently formed a joint venture with POSCO Holdings, selling a 30% stake in its lithium operations for US$765 million.

MinRes provides integrated mining solutions, including open-pit mining, crushing, haulage, and processing, supporting its resource production and third-party clients.
