Marlux-Stradus is a Belgian manufacturer specializing in high-quality prefabricated concrete products for outdoor applications. The company operates under two primary brands: Marlux, which targets the private garden and terrace sector with terrastegels (terrace tiles), klinkers (pavers), and garden finishing elements; and Stradus, which focuses on the public sector with solutions for roads, urban plazas, industrial areas, and infrastructure including kerbs, street furniture, and permeable paving systems.

Headquartered in Heusden-Zolder, the firm maintains production facilities across Belgium in Ghent and Jemeppe-sur-Sambre (Mornimont), following the recent closure of its Tessenderlo site. It employs roughly 200 to 280 staff and emphasizes Belgian-made products using green electricity from on-site renewables. The company holds a leading position in the Belgian market for durable, aesthetic, and increasingly sustainable concrete paving and landscaping materials.

Marlux-Stradus traces its roots to family businesses dating back to 1907, with key mergers including the 2005 formation of Marlux-Klaps and the 2021 consolidation under the current entity. Previously owned by the Irish CRH group, it was acquired in early 2025 by the Vercruysse family (owners of Remacle Beton and Olivier Beton), expanding the group to six sites and approximately 310 employees serving builders' merchants, public authorities, and contractors. The firm pursues innovation in circular and low-carbon products, including participation in CO2 reduction programs and BENOR-certified paving incorporating recycled materials such as Circulith.

Also known as Marlux, Stradus, Marlux-Klaps, Marlux-Stradus nv, and Marlux-Stradus SA.
