Jervois is starting a Bankable Feasibility Study to double cobalt refining capacity in Kokkola, Finland, to meet global demand and enhance recycling efforts.
The acquisition adds 6,250 mtpa refining capacity in Finland, enhances downstream expertise, and strengthens financials, positioning the company for growth and sustainability. Expected to close by August 2021.
