ISTAC Inc is an Istanbul-based environmental services company responsible for municipal waste and resource management for the Istanbul region. Associated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, it plans, develops, and operates infrastructure across the city’s waste value chain.
The company’s activities span solid waste transfer and sanitary landfill operations, materials recovery and recycling, composting, medical waste treatment, and energy recovery from waste, including waste-to-energy and landfill gas-to-energy generation.
