InnovationQuarter, officially known as Participatiemaatschappij InnovationQuarter B.V., is the investment arm of the regional economic development agency for the Province of Zuid-Holland in the Netherlands, covering the greater Rotterdam–The Hague area.

Established to bolster the regional economy, it manages over €300 million across funds including InnovationQuarter Capital (€143 million for deeptech and life sciences), UNIIQ (seed funding for proof-of-concept), ENERGIIQ (€35 million for energy innovations reducing CO2), and the Energy Transition Fund Rotterdam (€100 million for sustainable projects). The firm invests in startups and scale-ups in sectors such as energy, circular economy, health, high-tech, and cybersecurity, providing patient capital from early stages through growth.

With a focus on high-risk, high-impact technologies, InnovationQuarter has funded over 120 companies, often as lead or first investor, fostering collaborations between entrepreneurs, knowledge institutes, and government. Its energy transition initiatives align with chemical industry advancements, including prior investments supporting projects like RIFT's iron fuel development in Rotterdam.
