Infrapark Police S.A. was a joint stock company founded in 2004 specifically to manage the investment areas of the Police Industrial Park in Police, Poland. The park spans approximately 140 hectares and is situated within the Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Special Economic Zone, benefiting from proximity to the Zakłady Chemiczne Police SA chemical plant and various transport links including road, rail, and port facilities.
The company's core activities involved leasing land to investors, developing technical infrastructure such as roads, utilities, and environmental monitoring systems, and providing comprehensive support services. It enabled tax reliefs on property and income taxes for qualifying investments in sectors like chemicals, biofuels, and manufacturing.
Ownership was shared among Zakłady Chemiczne Police SA (majority shareholder), the Commune of Police, the West Pomeranian Agency of Regional Development S.A., and the University of Szczecin. This structure positioned it as a public-private partnership entity focused on regional economic development in the chemical and industrial sectors of northwestern Poland.
Recognized in 2008 by Forbes as the most dynamically developing company in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Infrapark Police S.A. facilitated early investments including a biofuels project on leased land. The company later entered liquidation and was removed from the Polish commercial register in 2020.
