Established in 2005 in Herten, Germany, for local sales, service, and support of fuel cell systems, primarily telecom backup power (e.g., ElectraGen PEM units). Corporate purpose: research, development, manufacture, sale, and service of fuel cells and components. Underwent liquidation from 2012.
