IdaTech LLC was a fuel cell technology company founded in 1996 and based in Bend, Oregon, USA. It designed and manufactured PEM fuel cell systems, primarily ElectraGen units for telecommunications backup power. It operated as a subsidiary of IDACORP Inc. until sold in 2006, later transitioning to H2 PowerTech. In 2005, it established IdaTech Fuel Cells GmbH as its first European subsidiary/office in Herten, Germany.
