Hynfra Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (Hynfra P.S.A.) is a Polish company headquartered in Warsaw, specializing in the development, design, technology integration, and execution of green hydrogen and ammonia projects. Founded around 2020, it focuses on zero-emission solutions powered by renewable energy sources such as solar and wind, combined with electrolysis and advanced synthesis technologies.

The company supports the energy transition by producing renewable ammonia as a decarbonized alternative to traditional methods, targeting applications in fertilizers, fuels, hydrogen carriers, and industries like steel and cement. Hynfra's leadership includes experts from the chemical and fertilizer sectors, enhancing its capabilities in ammonia production.

Key projects include the Jordan Green Ammonia joint venture with Fidelity Group at Aqaba Port, aiming for 100,000 tonnes per year by 2030 using Topsoe technology; initiatives in Mauritania ($1.5bn, 100,000 tpa), Egypt ($5.8bn, 400,000 tpa), Oman, Greece, and a global pipeline spanning the USA, Poland, Italy, Kenya, and others. With over 150 employees, 70 partners worldwide, and 22 group companies, Hynfra advances sustainable chemical production worldwide.
