Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is a major Indian downstream energy company engaged in refining, marketing, and distribution of petroleum products. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), a Government of India enterprise.
